We retain submitted questions and related communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
As an operating practice, we intend to review submissions periodically and delete ministry-question submissions more than 24 months old unless they remain relevant to an ongoing communication, business relationship, security matter, or legal obligation.

Requests may be sent to privacy@callingandcraft.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Calling & Craft is intended for adult ministry leaders, pastors, volunteers, and church teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact privacy@callingandcraft.com so we can review and delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Email and form submissions should not be used for emergencies, crisis support, counseling records, or highly sensitive information.
