Calling & Craft is operated by Jorge Aguilar as a sole proprietor in California. This Privacy Policy explains how Calling & Craft (“Calling & Craft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit callingandcraft.com, submit a ministry question, or communicate with us.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your ministry role

• Your church or organization

• Questions or situations you submit

• Your permission for us to respond by email

• Information included in emails or other communications you send us

Please do not submit confidential personnel information, names of people involved in conflicts, counseling details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

Information processed automatically

Our website and forms are hosted through Google services. Google may automatically process technical information such as:

• Internet Protocol address

• Browser and device information

• Dates and times of visits

• Pages viewed

• Cookies and similar technologies

• Security and diagnostic information

Calling & Craft uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, visit duration, referring sources, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, and interactions with the website.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, including a first-party cookie commonly named `ga`, to distinguish visitors and sessions. Calling & Craft uses this information to understand website traffic, improve content, and evaluate how well the website serves visitors.

Calling & Craft does not currently use Google Analytics for targeted advertising, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising, and the Analytics property is not currently linked to Google Ads.

Information collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google according to Google’s privacy practices. Submitting a question does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Calling & Craft does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate, including Google Workspace, Google Sites, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and related Google services.

We may also disclose information:

• When required by law or valid legal process

• To protect the rights, safety, or security of Calling & Craft or others

• In connection with a future transfer, reorganization, or sale of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards

Data Retention

We retain submitted questions and related communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

As an operating practice, we intend to review submissions periodically and delete ministry-question submissions more than 24 months old unless they remain relevant to an ongoing communication, business relationship, security matter, or legal obligation.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we retain information about you

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete information you submitted

• Stop further email communication

Requests may be sent to privacy@callingandcraft.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, this website does not independently respond to them. Third-party services used by the website may handle privacy signals according to their own policies.

Children’s Privacy

Calling & Craft is intended for adult ministry leaders, pastors, volunteers, and church teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact privacy@callingandcraft.com so we can review and delete it.

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Email and form submissions should not be used for emergencies, crisis support, counseling records, or highly sensitive information.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to YouTube and other social-media or third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or information practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
